I am a Career Coach & Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Executive Coach who helps early- and mid-career professionals and executives find career clarity, purpose, and growth through career transitions, advancement, and personal branding.

With 15 years of experience as a professional coach, counselor, and consultant and a background spanning leadership, operations, clinical work, sales, and business development. I bring a unique understanding of human behavior, motivation, leadership, performance, and career development to my work.

I also understand career change personally. Throughout my career, I’ve made significant industry and professional pivots and experienced my share of “restarts.” I know that changing direction can feel scary, but I also believe it can create opportunities for something more meaningful.
